Our after-school, weekend, and summer programming offers middle and high school students a taste of the Clark Fork Prep experience. Whether you’re looking for academic support, a new skill to explore, or simply a chance to unleash the power of your own curiosity, CFP’s programs have you covered. All offerings take place at Clark Fork Prep (301 E Main, First Floor). Please contact office@clarkforkprep.org with any questions or to inquire about scholarships. CFP program fees are refundable up to a week before the program begins (minus a non-refundable administrative fee of $20).

ACT Prep Seminar (FULL)
ACT keeping you up at night? Register for this Saturday seminar and get yourself ready. In these two interactive sessions (with a break in between to give the brain a rest), students will learn how to handle the challenges of the four different test sections. Participants will leave with lots of new strategies–from tackling multiple choice questions to time management tips. Sign up today to get concrete tools for success–and reduce your ACT stress level!

Middle School Journalism
Get a taste of journalism in this 8-week class led by Clark Fork Prep faculty. Under the guidance of seasoned high school journalism teachers, students will experience the writing, layout, and photography of creating a compelling publication. Middle schoolers will explore the whole process, from the brainstorming phase all the way through the production phase. Practice the skills of collaboration, creativity, problem solving, and communication—and turn out a great publication in the process!

Tell Your Story: a fiction workshop for teens
Spend a week diving into storytelling! Writers will explore different types of fiction while practicing the tools every writer needs to stage their stories, craft unforgettable characters, and keep readers hooked. This week of writing will let you push the boundaries of your imagination!

Digital Art and Coding
This summer, have some fun with multimedia software! Explore the power of coding and what digital art can do. Along the way, campers will try their hands at SmallBASIC, Scratch, GIMP, Krita, OpenToonz, and more. All levels welcome!

Exploring the Unity Game Engine
Spend a week exploring Unity, a high-level game engine for building professional level video games. Campers will learn the basics of game engines, and by the end of the week, they’ll build their own very simple game with the Unity engine. This camp is intended for intermediate computer users.
